Hi-Lo Combo

These high energy intensive classes add variety to your workout. Both high and low impact techniques are utilized. Instructor's discretion to do some benches. The class ends with body conditioning, abdominals, and cool-down.

Cardio Bench
|

Would you like a high intensity cardiovascular workout without stressing joints? If so, the bench classes are for you! This class burns calories, fat, and builds cardiovascular stamina. Due to the adjustable platform, the bench workout is for the beginner to the conditioned athlete.

Kardio Kick
|
A fun high energy class for all fitness levels. Learn basic punches and kicks and then use them throughout this power-packed class as you're led through intense combinations. What a way to let off some steam!

Total Conditioning
|
A high energy whole-body workout incorporating elements of kick-boxing and "boot camp" training along with jump ropes and body bars. Designed to increase your overall strenght, stamina, balance and flexibility. 15 minutes of deep stetching will top off this well rounded class.

Ultimate Body Shaping
|

One hour toning using dumbells, body bars, tubing, etc. Increases strength and endurance. Works all muscle groups. Join in for the best toning class ever!

Self Defense

Self confidence, positive attitude, flexibility, and a whole lot of fun! Forget your ideas of an overly militant Martial Arts class. These classes are fun and exhilarating.
